Get an abdominal ultrasound done
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in again
I would suggest you go for an abdominal ultrasound and a urine report
Depending on the sensitivity you may need to start an antibiotic
Till then take plenty of fluids orally and Diclofenac for pain management
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern
