                                    Brief Answer:
acute gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sorry about that,
Your symptoms seem to be due to acute gastroenteritis,
The most common cause for this is a viral infections most of these infections settle down within 48 to 72 hours.
The other possible cause could be food poisoning which could be due to something you ate in the past 48 hours.
You would need antibiotic only if you have fever , blood in stools or symptoms do not subside within 48 hours.
I would advise you to take plenty of oral fluids.ORS powder with water and avoid milk and meat.
Hope this helps
