What Causes Lumbar Canal Stenosis, Numbness And Heaviness In Buttocks And Thighs?
Question: Sir, I have lumbar canal stenosis. I feel numbness and heaviness in my butt and at times in thighs. I do not want operation. Please help

You should avoid lifting heavy weights and forward bending at waist level.

I shall take medicines as suggested by you. Please confirm if the same can help get rid of the acute numbness and heavy mass like feeling in the groins and buttocks. There is at times solid pain in the forehead above the left eye. Sould I keep on taking ecospirin as once i had the symptoms of stroke. It was due to a surge of blood pressure that is now well under control.
