Brief Answer:
Lumbar canal stenosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

Does he have back pain that radiates to his legs ?

Any tingling or numbness in the legs?

It is possible that he must be having lumbar canal stenosis which is narrowing of the spinal canal. This can cause nerve compression and symptoms.

It is advisable to get an MRI if he has the above mentioned symptoms.

Kindly upload the Xray for me to be in a better position to help you.

Kindly answer my queries as well.
