Brief Answer:
unlikely to be cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
At your age if there is no family history of breast cancer then it is unlikely that you have developed cancer.
But still some chances are there. Your symptoms suggest more of fibroedenoma. It is a non cancer condition. Don't worry . For this you need to consult your doctor and get examined and needle biopsy(FNAC) done to get confirmed diagnosis and later removal.
Both cancer and fibroedenoma may develop during this period from your last ultrasound.
Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is possible that you have developed the swelling after your examination.
Lung cancer in mother doesn't increase your chance of breast cancer. Don't worry. Yours most likely is a non cancer swelling. Just confirm it by your doctor.
