                                            Question : Dear dr,
My wife is 23 years old n currently Breastfeeding. It is the second month after her delivery. Just recently there is a pea size ball( like a papaya seed size) at the circumference of the base of the nipple ( I don't know the medical term) . It is visible on the outside and when pressed hard and stretched it seemed white inside .
What is it likely to be?
