Question: I found a lump about the size of a bebe on lower top part of my penis it under the skin and can be moved around like it not attached do have sex on normal every other day it was not there before can you help with this mistery

1. the size of the lump is about the size of a bebe that shoot out of a toy gun 2. I notice this two days ago never been there before 3. no it is closer to my nuts but on top of the shaft like if you stand up and look down its there by base of the penis 4.yes it is painless 5no it more dark material

Understood the size of BB - noticed 2 days ago - closure to the nuts on the top of the shaft - painless with darker material - can be moved around like it is not attached.
The commonest cause of such a lump which I can think about are:
A small sebaceous or inclusion cyst
or a small lipoma
This is a benign condition and since it appeared/noticed within the last 2 days, this may resolve on its own due to body's healing mechanism. If not dissolving or reducing, it may need a clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon and excised if need be.
