Brief Answer:
An ultrasound will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,t
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that it is a soft tissue swelling.
I would suggest that you should get an ultrasound done to know the cause of the swelling. Also get yourself clinically examined.

You can take an anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with Omeprazole 40 mg once a day before meals.

I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
