Question: Notice what looks like a lump on 6 month old baby girl.. Right side upper body on rib cage.. Vein? Bluish in colour been there a few days. It doesn't seem to be bothering her?

It appears a mass of vascular malformation which in newborn, common to find, known as infantile hemangiomas.
A benign condition. a mass of malformed veins. it will disappear with age soon. the area needs to be protected as ulceration can develop if exposed to trauma as the skin overlying being delicate.
