in most cases these are subcutaneous nodes caused by fibroma,lipoma, or ateroma.also it can be muscle sheath that filled with fluid. if there is no fast growth, pain or redness there is no need to worry. otherwise you should do ultrasound of triceps. wish you good health.regards
