Question : I have a slight painless lump under my left armpit. It's slightly larger than my right armpit. On my back near the armpit is slightly sore. I'm a male 29 year old.

for about a week ago when I had a slight cough. the size is small but can feel it . it's just uncomfortable. it's not solid moves with the skin. it's my skin color no red or any color.
