Question : i found a soft lump under my tongue, it is sore to touch and the color red or the same color as my gum. I recently had a bad cold with lots of drainage in my nose and throat, but is better now. I have been to the dentist in last few months for a cap. and cleaning.

I went to the dentist , he said i have a blocked Salivary gland and for me to watch and return in one week unless it gets larger and then I need to see him sooner. Thank you for you input.
