Although a clinical examination was needed, since it is beyond scope, I would insist that you upload photographs of the same such that the size reference can be made out. Sebaceous or epidermal cysts are indeed a possibility but generally they are not a cause of pain. Still, since they are just beneath your skin and since they sometimes give out discharge, it is more likely that you have sebaceous cysts. A photo will help in making matters clearer and would help me in suggesting an intervention.
In addition, you need to keep your blood pressure in control.
