Question: Hi . Thank you. I have discovered lumps in my stomach that I an feel . Do people get fatty tumors as they are in the fatty part of my stomach.

Lumps in this area are very often nothing more than lipomas. This kind of tumors are benign. When you palpate a lipoma, fatty like, soft and rounded tissue can be felt. Lipoma does not cause pain. And usually there is no risk of cancer. However lipoma constantly grows and can get really large.
That is why, I suggest you to consult a doctor (this is not urgent) and consider its removal.
