Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for submitting your question to Health Care Magic.

Any time there is change in vision and especially with other symptoms (such as the headache you report), it is very reasonable to seek consultation with a physician in person.

You certainly need a good physical exam to help definitively determine the cause of your symptoms.

Regarding the lumps, this may represent swollen tissue or glands under the skin.

However, please schedule an appointment with your physician or an ophthalmologist to have a thorough examination to help identify if these symptoms (swelling and vision change/headache) are related and their cause.

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
