Question : Hello, I have a bunch of small painless lumps on the top of my head. They have been there more than a month. I'm 33 years old. What could it be?

Taking a photo is difficult because my hair is quite thick. I can say, however, my hair stylist told me they were red bumps. I didn't even know I had them till she mentioned them

Yet try one.
The commonest cause can be warts, seborrhoic dermatitis in the scalp.

Clearer would have been still better as they give on-the-spot diagnosis.
From a few ones these look to be seborrhoic dermatitis.
Apply Solution Betadine, that is povidone iodine to keep the area sterile.

Please get help of your friends/family on a better XXXXXXX or camera with proper light conditions. Awaiting for a few more clear and focused photos to be attached. You may please delete the ones attached herewith.
