                                    Brief Answer:
Axillary extension of breast tissue
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Health Care.Magic Forum. Thanks for trusting is with your health query.I have gone through your query and understand your concerns completely.
It is common to have these lumps which are basically extension of breast tissue only.
Nothing to worry and just take care you feed your baby at regular intervals and avoid engorgement of breasts with milk.
In case painful and unbearable then visit your gynecologist OR general surgeon for examination as it can at times get infected also.
