Brief Answer:
Use Falcigo Plus.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.
Myself Dr.Divakara.P , pleasure to answer your query.

If it is a confirmed Malaria then only Anti malarial medicine can be started . Also the tests will tell which type of Malaria it is ( Vivax or Falciparum ) as the treatment depends on it .

Get a prescription for Tab Falcigo Plus and use it for 3 days . ( You may not get this without a valid prescription ) .

Now coming to variation in BP , the variations what you have mentioned is quite normal and can be seen normally and also in any kind of illness . So there is nothing to be worried for the BP.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
