Question : These marks are on my ass. How do i get rid of them. It looks horrible.

Maybe 2 yrs . No eruption no medicine.

Use cream containing hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin

Detailed Answer:
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone on the spots at night for 3-4 weeks and use a cream containing ammonium lactate on the buttocks in the morning.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
