Question: my 7 year old granddaughter was sleeping all day says she cant remember, feels like vomiting and her nose "hurts"

I have gone through the details provided but need to know how long this has been going on. Also let me know if she has caught cold or if there are any associated symptoms other than the vomiting episodes. A thorough clinical examination is required and I would insist you to take her to a doctor to get her examined. I would also insist you to get the following tests done:
* Blood for complete blood counts and C-Reactive protein (CRP).

If the results are normal, I would not really worry.

Thank you so much, Dr. This just started today. She is ordinarily a very healthy little girl. The memory loss has us very concerned and she never sleeps so much as she did today.
