Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Please provide me more details of the problem. What kind of anxiety you are having?

A lot of individuals with anxiety develop depressive symptoms which result in lack of focus and this results in poor memory, difficulty to recall etc symptoms.

If you are taking any medicines then please mention about that too.

Thanks and Take care

I am not taking any medicine.

Type of anxiety I am not clear.

Even I see or feel anything negative, In maximum cases I try my best to see it from an other angle and try to be positive in that scenario as well. But if not able to see positive then I am super tensed and angry.

Brief Answer:
This could be part of anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

I am sorry for replying late.

You have mentioned that you see or feel anything negative. When you try to see it from other angle or see it positive then you couldn't and you become tensed and angry.

Do you have awareness that the feelings (like negative feeling on seeing anything) are in your head only and are purposeless? I mean to say that do you know that you are feeling wrong and even then you couldn't feel or see positive in that thing?

I hope you are understanding what I am trying to clarify.

Thanks.

I need more details in this .

Moreover i try to be very positive from my end but it is possible with my extreme and extra efforts with lots of energy exhausted. You can say i kind of try to compromise in all types of situation without making any issue for it. And this attitude of mine is taking off my confidence sometime.

Brief Answer:
These are intrusive thoughts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

The symptoms you are having could be the part of intrusive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts are thoughts that are unwanted and are purposeless and persist in mind even when we try to suppress these. These thoughts cause significant distress. Even thought an individual has awareness that these are wrong and are purposeless even then these thoughts keep coming in mind.

Do you feel that you have such kind of thoughts?

Thanks

I think yes.

There are much time for useless purpose less thoughts going in mind.
When I am very dissatisfied with the usage of the time. I believe I could do to use my time best, else I end up thinking the time is wasted. I think to be perfect kind of and all the resources should be best used.

Brief Answer:
These are part of obsessive compulsive anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

In that case I can say that these are intrusive thoughts and are [propbably part of obsessive compulsive neurosis or anxiety. The repetitive unwanted thoughts are responsible for the stress, loss of important productive time and poor focus.

You should start taking Vitamin B12 and D supplements to improve your psychological well being. Also try to spend at least half hour in yoga or muscle relaxation exercises. Medicines like SSRIs can be utilised for improvement of anxiety.

Thanks.

sure I will start with the vitamin D and B12.

Sir I am also getting nervous day after day.
I am also not able to get some productive thoughts.

Decision making is also getting weak. Can it be my internal thoughts / my health or work pressure.

Brief Answer:
Work pressure could worsen these thoughts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

You can take Methylcobalamin 500 ug per day for at least a month, Vitamin D 60000 IU per week for 6 weeks.

Work pressure could worsen these thoughts. The intrusive thoughts usually become worse in stressful situations. This could be the reason that you are not able to get productive thoughts.

Start taking supplements which I've asked and just remain relaxed and you will see improvement in yourself.

Thanks
