Brief Answer:
Intestinal cause likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of cramps, morning sickness and distension of the abdomen is more likely to be related to an intestinal cause. This can be related to gastritis and indigestion also. Constipation can also cause such symptoms. These symptoms are not likely to be associated with an ovarian cause. It is best to consult your physician for an examination and get an ultrasound scan done to find the cause.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
