Question : my sister is 44 years old. and she has had sex 2 times in her life. After each time she has become mentally ill. is there something that triggers that for during sex and how it can be prevented. She wants a family so bad but we are scared it will happened again we do not allow her to see anyone

It is a psychology issue and will be fine just by simple counselling and just a mild anxiolytic on daily basis.
In my opinion visit a psychiatrist fir counselling sessions and see the response.
