Detailed Answer:
Hi there....
I would advise you to visit a physician and get a physical examination and a couple of investigations done.
Get your blood pressure checked.
Investigations like Hemoglobin, TSH, blood sugars, cholesterol levels, electrolytes, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels, might help find the cause.
Do you normally warm up and do stretching exercises ? If not ,it could be a pulled muscle.
Any history of anxiety or depression ? Are you going through a stressful phase at the moment?
Any history of fever or flu like symptoms?
Do get back to me for further clarifications.
