Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Meralagia paresthetica is caused by compression of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh at inguinal region.
The cause can by recent weight gain or weight loss, tight pants or belt.
For treatment pain modulator drugs can be started and increased as required.
Pregabalin can be increased to 150 mg at night along with nortryptiline.
Avoid stopping forward, tight clothing and belt around the waist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
