What Causes Mid Back Pain While Suffering From Stage-4 Chronic Kidney Disease?

Question: Stage 4 ckd patient 26 gfr. Experiencing extreme pain in mid back somewhat radiating into front. This is the 2nd day and much worse. My bun and creatinine is elevated. Should I go to the ER or wait to go to urgent care tomorrow?
