Brief Answer:
Headaches related to Valsalva maneuver.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Yours is the case of headache related to sudden rise of intracranial pressure, after Valsalva maneuver.

In your case, brain vessels are more susceptible to pressure after migraine, that's why you are experiencing those symptoms.

In rare cases, these symptoms are related to intracerebral arteriovenous malformations, so if your symptoms are really concerning you, or happen outside migraine crisis, you need to have brain imaging studies done (MRI).

Additional OTC painkillers, besides migraine medication, should improve your symptoms.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions, feel free to ask, if not, you can close the conversation and rate the answer.

Best regards.
