Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Your symptoms are related with anxiety. There is no correlation with cancer
2) Anxiety has many reasons and in your case you were anxious from fear of getting terminal-ill disease (which is not present in your case)
3) any type of cancer develop some common symptoms because of high metabolic activity in cancer cells and this symptoms are know as cachexia, these are weigh loose, decreases appetite, tiredness, weakness, low interest, decreased growth in children
4) Such cachexic symptoms develop only in advanced stage and before that any cancer develop/produce symptoms related to site, size, nature of cancer.
5) Also loose of appetite for 15 days as a single symptom never correlate with cancer until proved on investigation. Therefore, if you have any other symptoms then based on them through evaluation must be done.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help

Brief Answer:
Anxiety related loss of appetite

Detailed Answer:
Yes, in your case, decreased appetite is associated with anxiety.
For any cancer in abdomen, loss of appetite will be last symptom to develop. This is not a primary symptom for any abdominal cancer.
As a abdominal surgeon I am not seeing any correlation between any possibility of abdominal cancer with your symptom of loss of appetite.

Brief Answer:
CT scan review

Detailed Answer:
Good evening,
I reviewed your CT scan photos and I am not sure but there is some lesion in lateral part of liver (segment 5 and 6). Although it is hard to say whether it is cancer or some simple lesion or some artifact (defective image) but I suggest you to do Liver function test, CBC, Triphasic CT scan of abdomen for liver and MRCP (if required).
Also I recommend to proceed only after consulting a medical gastroenterologist. After seeing this CT scans I withdraw my opinion about loss of appetite that it is related to anxiety (I am suspecting lesion in liver) but I also not comment that whether it is cancer, infection or some simple lesion.
But definitely you require further evaluation by medical gastroenterologist

Brief Answer:
intestinal wall thickening

Detailed Answer:
Your stomach looks normal without any lesion, but i feel wall thickening of proximal-to-mid small bowel (jejunum) is little more which might be due to celiac sprue, non-specific infection, inflammation. But these produces symptoms of dyspepsia (bloating, indigestion, burping, mild abdominal pain).
But such thickening generally not associated with cancer

Brief Answer:
Loss of appetite is not related with this finding

Detailed Answer:
Loss of appetite and findings on CT scan are not correlated.

But still I suggest you to consult medical gastroenterologist with previous CT scans and other reports.
It is difficult to say that what is happening inside your abdomen based on 3 years old reports.
If you have only loss of appetite then it is not related with intestine wall thickening.

Sir
Only dought inhave is can loss of appetite be because of fear of cancer. Other than that i dont have any other symptom. As a surgen u can give me a idea. My previous ct was seen by a gastro and he said its only hemangioma. It was identified on 20o5 and for my satisfaction inwent for a mri and itbwas confirmed by the gastro and the scan Dr 100% .

Brief Answer:
no possibility of cancer based on single symptom

Detailed Answer:
Good morning,
I apologize for late reply,
If you specifically ask for only correlation between loss of appetite and development of cancer then my answer would be No.
Based on this only symptom you can not confirm presence of cancer
