Question: I would like to know if there is or should be a concern.. I was masturbating a couple of days ago and there appeared a blood like clot on the left side of my penis. It did not hurt in any form. I put a hot towel on it and it seem to have subsided. Since then i have notice still a lot of redness on my penis. I have included various photos of before to after to present moment

Thanks for the query
I have read your query and seen all the photographs sent by you.
Bleeding as well as the spots being seen on glans are all due to trauma to the mucus membrane caused by vigorous masturbation. This has led to bleeding as well as some superficial wounds.
There is nothing to worry as nature would cure it gradually.
Just apply neosporin skin oint locally once a day.
Avoid masturbation for 4 weeks.
This would heal gradually without any problem.
Nothing else is to be done.
