Brief Answer:
This may be normal,Investigations may be needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

The pattern of temperature variation you have mentioned is very much suggestive of Diurnal temperature variation(Temperature variation in a normal child or person as per body need's or activity).

The normal body temperature(oral) ranges from 98-99.5 F. The body temperature is at lowest levels early in the morning and highest in the late afternoon or evening.

If there are other symptoms one should be investigated to rule out any infection. Blood tests like CBC(Neutrophil count),CRP(A marker of infection) and urine examination should be done. If it comes normal and temperature remains below 99.5 F,chances of having an infection is very unlikely.

Headache and vertigo may be due to visual or ear problem.

I would suggest you to consult a physician for eye and ear checkup and also get a blood and urine test done.

I will be glad to answer if you have any further query.
Regards
