Brief Answer:
Probably a vascular headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Is the headache throbbing in nature ?
What seems to bring it on? Is there any visual symptom? Is there any abdominal pain? How is your sleep? Are you under stress? Are you on any medicine?
Please let me know any other relevant information.
For relief take a couple of paracetamol tablets.
Take care,

Its not throbbing, theres no abdominal pain. My sleep is fine, theres not any visual syptoms. Its like a little bit of pressure and slightly disorientated.

Brief Answer:
Sounds tension headache. See doctor if not better

Detailed Answer:
Sounds more like tension headache.
Relax, eat wholesome food, exercise at least 30 minutes a day, practice stress relief . You could try yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques.
Take paracetamol if required and you should be well soon. If not please see a doctor, get yourself examined and run tests if the doctor recommends.
I shall be happy to answer any queries, if you have.
Wish you a quick recovery and a good day.
