                                    Brief Answer:
Probably a vascular headache
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Is the headache throbbing in nature ?
What seems to bring it on? Is there any visual symptom? Is there any abdominal pain? How is your sleep? Are you under stress? Are you on any medicine?
Please let me know any other relevant information.
For relief take a couple of paracetamol tablets.
Take care,
Dr Noble Zachariah

Its not throbbing, theres no abdominal pain. My sleep is fine, theres not any visual syptoms. Its like a little bit of pressure and slightly disorientated.
