Question : I have been diagnosed with phyorris of the scalp and have been putting the topical solution on twice a day problem seems to be improving but from time to time now I get sore bumps that come and go at all different places on my head and now I have a rash that has come up around my neck and I keep a low grade headache of which I never got before. Are these symptoms related to scalp problem or is there something else internally going on

Welcome to HCM: Sorry to hear about your skin issue. Please note that stress and depression and severe anxiety amongst other things have been known to cause your issues. Otherwise keeping the scalp clean without toxic and irritating ointments is key. Wash and apply Vaseline to keep it moist and avoid cracking and chapping. Unfortunately long hair might be working against you as it traps moisture and dead skin that rots and makes this worse. I hope this helps and take care.
