- Local application of analgesic spray or ointment gives best relief .
- Tab. ibuprofen ( 400mg ) 3 times a day after meals with antacids if no history

Thanks for the update doctor. I have one more query if i lying down and turning one side to another side the pain will be more.
Brief Answer:
follow up .
Detailed Answer:
Welcome for follow up .
* Pain of this character is more of ligament or muscle related issue .
- Avoid particular postures which exacerbate the pain .
- Deep breathing exercises ( if do not increase the pain ) will help much .
- Avoid smoking if doing .
- Drink plenty of liquids , consume balanced nutritious diet to combat the
underlying possible inflammation .
- Make a note of pain score in diary for everyday to record the progress on your
own and later we can judge whether x-ray is required or not .
Welcome for further guidance .
Regards take care .
