Question : I have pain in my lower right side, feels like front to back with a "heaviness" feeling down low. just got over a UTI. No other symptoms.

This can be a minor muscle related issue also due to a bad posture or prolonged sitting hours. This can improve with mild pain killers and back strengthening exercises.
