Question : Hello I have mild pain and stiffness just below touching the left collarbone and sometimes it goes up and down. Along with it at times I have breathlessness. Although I walk properly and take exercises daily but earlier while sleeping I would feel comfortable but now it causes me irritation. This is since two months.

I have gone carefully through the details. The pain or stiffness that you are talking about, could be due to muscle spasm. But you need to be examined clinically before a comment can be made. The cause of breathlessness also needs to be evaluated. There could be a number of causes ranging from heart causes to respiratory causes that could contribute to breathlessness.
