What Causes Mild Pain In Lower Left Side Of Abdomen?

Question: Dr,I feel mild pain in my abdomen on the lower left side.I feel some fatigueness as well.I am on Clome50 these days for increasing the chances of conceiving.I pass out urine in larger amount and a little frequently.I also feel a little headache.My bp is 140/100.My weight is 73kg and my height is 5 feet and 3 inches.

Only since last evening.I had acute constipation some months ago and again now I feel it almost 75% for last 4 or 5 days.I usually have bp 140/100.Increased micturition wakens me up in the early morning sometimes.Sometimes I feel vomitting and feverish with no fever.Eye colour is normal.I feel sluggish and exhausted.I am on Clome50 for increasing my chances of conceiving.

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Pain in abdomen is most probably muscular in nature. It has been aggravated with constipation. Lower abdominal pain also occurs at/around the time of implantation as well. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:

- Drotaverine thrice a day for 3 days
- take high fiber diet including fresh fruits & legumes.
- goto washroom whenever there is urge to defecate. do not hold stool for longer time. it also adds up to constipation.
- visit hospital and get a baseline blood sugar level(BSR) done along with Urine complete examination.

AVOID(They cause constipation):

- dairy products
- Red meat
- Chips
- Frozen dinner
- Banana
- Fried Food

Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days BUT if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
