Question : Hi Doctor, Sometimes I used to notice mild pain under my right chest, 3 years ago I went through an Xray and in reports I got Right Chest Pleural Reaction , I am a smoker and usually smokes 10 to 12 ciggerates a day. I am trying to quit but I am able to reduce it sometimes and not able to quit. Do the symptoms points to something serious. Thank You, XXXXXXX
