Brief Answer:
Your problem needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can certainly understand your concern, though.

A mild spotting in your case can be due to vaginal dryness, insufficient dose of HRT, hormonal imbalance, ovarian cycle bleeding, cervical erosion and cancer and endometrial cancer.

It is always more honorable and safe to consult your treating gynecologist and get yourself examined and go for pap smear and biopsy to rule out cancer first at your age.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
