Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound scan report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I saw your attached report.

Following is my reply:

1) Your attached ultrasound report is absolutely fine and there is no problem.

2) Enlarged ovaries and multiple small follicles means there is possibility of PCO ( polycystic ovaries).

3) This is normal to see this picture in many women and there is nothing to worry about it.

4) Hence I dont see any problem and needs no treatment.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Brief Answer:
Tis wont cause any problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

There is no problem as per this ultrasound scan report and no need to worry.

This will not cause any problem during pregnancy and there will be no problem to get pregnant also.

Irregular periods could be due to recent weight gain if you gained.

If possible please get semen analysis of your husband and HSG ( hysterosalpingogram ) for yourself to check your tubal patency.

Let me now if you need any more clarifications.

Regards,
dr. Soumya
