Question : Hello. I had unprotected sex on August 1st and took Plan B the next day appx. 24 hours after. I have missed 2 periods (August, September) since then. I took 2 at home pregnancy tests beginning of September, which were negative. Ive taken Plan B in the past and have never missed my period (delayed at most by a few days). Is it possible I'm pregnant?

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Chances of pregnancy can not be ruled out 100% as sex was unprotected. Periods should have started by now as you took plan B as well. Sometimes stress can also delay the periods. Your home pregnancy tests were negative so i would suggest you to once visit hospital and get serum beta hCG analysis. It will confirm the status of pregnancy. If beta hCG test turns out to be negative then further workup would be done by a "consultant gynecologist".
