Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test on urine

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Missing a period is the first cardinal symptom of early pregnancy. However, in occasional cases, some bleeding may show up during earlier months of pregnancy.

To resolve this dilemma, please get your urine examined for pregnancy test. At 15 days overdue period, the test will definitely be conclusive.

However, XXXXXXX your irregularity is for some months now. So what makes you to think this month only that you could be pregnant? Sore breasts and tiredness could be due to the raised levels of progesterone due to delayed periods. Pregnancy test is the first tool to clarify the situation.

If you are not pregnant, you have to undergo some investigations.

Initial ultrasonography will give evidence of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome if present. Along with please get your blood examined for FSH, LH, Oestrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin and Thyroid function test (T3, T4, TSH). Please upload the reports and images of all the investigations I have suggested.

Once you have given the blood for examination, you may take birth control pills for regularizing your periods; however, they will not let you be pregnant till you are taking them.

I fell, let us go step by step.

First get pregnancy test done.

Then go for ultrasonography.

Upload these reports. Then I will advise you for any further investigations considering the reports and images of these investigations.

For any more information or advice, I am always available for you, XXXXXXX
