Increase regesterone dose
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The dose you are taking may not be enough to induce periods.
Please take regesterone 10 mg 2 times a day for next 3 days. This dose should help you to get periods.
Delayed periods could be due to stress, change of place, exam tension, Polycystic ovaries etc..

Hi,
I saw your history. I think you should try another 2 cycles of IUI. If you don't conceive, IVF would be next option.

How many times we can try for IUI before going for IVF?
Last cycle of IUI , over stimulation of follicles and mild OHSS has happened n swollen stomach still continuing and severe pelvic pain and took the clexine injection to avoid blood clotting , since our Gyno suggested.
Please suggest how we can proceed further.

Is IVF success rate chances are on higher side in our case? and is it painful procedure?
Is D and C is required before going for IVF and in my case Lineing is not coming as per expectation.
Please suggest.

Repeat scan tomorrow
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You should wait for follicle to reach 18 mm. Wait for one more day and get scan done tomorrow. If follicle is 18 mm, you can trigger.
Egg rupture after 18th day is normal and nothing to worry. Continue medicines you are taking

                                    Brief Answer:
IVF is best option
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Cough and fever wont harm pregnancy chances. It is fine to take hCG after scan.
If this IUI does not succeed IVF is a better option.
