i have done pregnancy test twice after my missed periods both after 7 days and 14 days and it shows a negative pregnancy test. today i am having a burning sensation near my cervix and when i did my urine test, it shows traces of blood in it and i am having little pain in lower abdomen and back which i used to experience just before having my periods.

If your pregnancy test is negative 14 days after your missed period date than the chances of pregnancy are not there.
Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection or it can be due to renal stone.
To confirm the diagnosis you should consult your treating physician and get her urine routine/ microscopic and ultrasound lower abdomen.
