Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm.

Firstly taking an ipill this frequently can actually off-set your menstrual cycle completely and you may get amenorrhoeic for a straight 2-3 months. These are high dose progesterone pills and shouldn't be used at will.
There was no requirement of you taking the pill on April 24th as you were in the middle of a withdrawal bleed anyways and there were no chances of pregnancy any how.
The pregnancy is unlikely, but your next bleed or menses which should be expected only by 25th may, would get delayed and also you may experience some spotting in next few days. The pain in abdomen and bloating are due to progesterone effect of ipill and you should just increase your water intake to counter the effect of progesterone as of now.
Please avoid ipill completely for next 3 cycles else you may disrupt them completely. If you intend a contraceptive then you can safely start yourself on monthly low dose oc pills like FEMILON, as you have been sexually active, and also to avoid such condom misadventures. Atleast your reproductive hormonal balance would remain intact and your fertility may not be challenged later.

Brief Answer:
Barrier contraception till next menses...strictly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Its difficult to say that whether you shall get a withdrawal bleed in next 7 days or not. But you might get a spotting and the day you get spotting , that day shall be counted as your LMP for next cycle.
Your menses are likely to be delayed next time as well. The best would be to practice barrier contraception strictly or avoid sex for a month till you resume your menses next month and please do not take any hormonal pills during this cycle on your own.

You need to get your hormonal balance right first. Taking a regesterone again is not an answer for initiating bleeding. Start low dose oc pills from next cycle regularly and practice strict barrier contraception during this cycle.

Brief Answer:
it may start in next few days...7-10 days post ipill intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are not pregnant , the bloating is due to progesterone effect and can be reduced by increasing your daily water intake to 12-15 glasses a day and you can opt to take a proton pump inhibitor like TAB PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg once a day for 2 days( available as an otc in india), which should help.
It would be best if you can start oc pills from next cycle simply because you have already been on on exogenous hormones with ipill and hence a balance needs to be re-established before regularisation is further planned. You need to practice barrier contraception. Weight gain is again a side effect of ipill with progesterone causing water retention in tissues and it needs to slowly drain out.
The spotting should start ideally post 7-10 days after the ipill intake so you have to be patient anyhow.
