Question: Hi I haven't had my period in 73 days should I be concerned? I've never had sex and I am 44 years old. My mother's mother had ovarian cancer I'm concerned that it could be this what do you think?
I've had some lower back pain and some abdominal pain at times as well

In my opinion most probably you have entered your perimenopausal transition and thus upcoming menopause is the reason for the menstrual irregularity and bone pains.
But still you definitely need an ultrasound and certain blood tests to see for the cause.
Don't be afraid of them as the probe is designed for the curves of a normal vagina so nothing to worry.
