Question : Hi,

I am taking femilon pills for about 3 years.If I didnt have it,then I wont get my period.I want to become pregnant.Can you tell me how can I get pregnant if I have it ?

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Femilon is a contraceptive pill. This will prevent you from getting pregnant.

2) Please get an ultrasound scan done to diagnose if you have polycystic ovaries.

3) If you are obese you need to loose weight.

4) The above 2 are most common reasons for irregular periods.

5) Instead of taking femilon take fertility drugs under your doctor's supervision and get regular follicular growth scan done to check growth of egg.

Hi doctor,
Thanks for your repy.I had stopped taking femilon for 3 months one year ago.But I didn get my period after that.So if I stop it, will I get period?And can you let me know fertility drug name that I should take?

The reason for not getting periods is to be evaluated.

Please see a infertility Specialist to get an ultrasound scan done to check ovulation as well as follicle count.

After checking the doctor will prescribe suitable drug.
