Question : I had all of my teeth removed 3 weeks due to advanced gingivitis. I have developed an infection with mouth blisters and was told I developed what was called trench mouth years ago. I was given a prescription for a thick peach colored bad tSting rinse to use four times a day. I used the whole bottle yesterday and the blisters are still there. My gums look angry red and the blisters are big. Please help!
Brief Answer:
Apthous ulcers, use anaesthetic gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in.
You might have used concentrated betadine which has further worsened your condition. You might be having aphthous ulcers which need application of anaesthetic gel along with some multivitamin for 1 week.
If condition still worsens then consult your dentist.
Hope I answered your query
Wishing you good health
