Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
THanks for writing to us with your health concern.
These ulcers are known as ' stress ulcers ' - scientifically speaking - aphthous ulcers.
They are triggered on by stress and late nights in a lot of people.
The key is to eliminate stress and late nights.
If that is inevitable, following measures can be taken -
1. Avoid spicy foods, processed oily foods or over salty foods ( curries, crisps, chips , french fries, cola drinks )
2. Use a very soft non abrasive toothbrush.
3. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash.
4. Local glycerine ointment / gel will minimize pain and help healing.
5. Take daily B complex and zinc supplements.
All the best

Thanks for reply doc.

About sleep, I take plenty of sleep/ at least 8 hrs. Normally I go to office late and come late. I do brush twice daily. About vegetables I eat lots of salad iceberg, lettuce, cucumber, carrot etc daily in lunch time. Also normally at least one time we have green vegetable for meal but mostly two times. The mouth ulcer story goes from my college days i.e. 10-11 years back and still continues in month at least one time. So I started drinking water(at least 1 liter) at night and got some help to reduce this but sometimes it does come back. Due to this there is lots of bad breath and some times my teeth starts paining.

About stress, yes is part of life but I am happy person and take it easy on situation than over thinking. I face problem with smile but yes some times I do get stressed but that not normal but rare.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Then please start taking Cobazinc 1 daily.
That will surely help.
Consult a dentist for a formal oral examination to check for any possible infection that might be lurking leading to these problems.
