Brief Answer:
It can be hematoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that movable lump which you are feeling in your eye is most probably a collection of blood. It is called hematoma and it get collected due to damage to some tinny vessels.
It is completely harmless and it will disappear by its own so you are not suppose to worried about this thing.
I would suggest you to meet eye specialist and take his opinion. It would be better if you apply warm water and take some antibiotics with it.It will prevent any infection and will also allow this blood to get dissolve quickly.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
I will try my best to help you.
thanks
