Brief Answer:
Nerve related problem likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The movement in the lower part of the abdomen is likely to be due to a nerve related problem. There can be minor nerve root irritation at the level of lower lumbar spine. Is it associated with prolonged sitting?
Such nerve related symptoms usually improve on taking methylcobalamin supplements and medicines like Pregabalin.
You can consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and specific treatment.
The stretch marks are due to stretching of the skin due to excessive fat. Reducing your weight can help in making these less prominent.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Inflammation likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The prominent veins are suggestive of an inflammation. Neural cause also needs to be ruled out. Any over the counter medicines will not help you. You can start with Vitamin B complex supplements and consult a neurologist for a detailed evaluation. Over the counter pain killers like ibuprofen can help in a short term relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
